The great thing about Grace Point Food Court is that every stall specialises in a different cuisine and has something different to offer from their adjoining stalls, a fact that other hawker centres around town should take note of, more often than not one stall offers an almost identical menu to the other! Anyway rant over, haha. I had a taste for Indian food tonight so headed straight to that stall, I fancied something different to my usual pick of tandoori chicken so opted for chilli chicken with naan bread. Now I was expecting a curry like dish but this was more, I would say, Chinese orientated, which I found quite strange! Apart from the mix up of cuisines I found the chilli chicken quite tasty, battered boneless chicken pieces in a fairly mild sauce, until I found a chilli slice! With onions and green peppers, mopped up with hot naan bread. Absolutely hit the spot for me tonight!
The Little Nibbler opted for one of Korea's signature dishes of bimbimbap, or mixed rice in English. Bimbimbap is served in a hot stone bowl. Cooked rice, shredded vegetables and meat with a dose of chilli are put inside the bowl and topped with a raw egg, now all you have to do is mix the contents to cook the egg and ingredients. In my opinion you should take your time mixing as this will produce nice crunchy bits forming around the bowl. Hot and satisfying!
Grace Point Food Court is located between Grace Villa and Grace Garden residences.
