Beef Curry, Pork Cutlet & Rice @ See Below - Asakusa

This was the first time we were confronted by a vending machine set up in a Tokyo restaurant, luckily a friendly waitress gestured how to go about placing an order, also telling us a few of the dishes names. As we put our money in the machine and selected our dishes I was expecting the meal to come out of the bottom, or through a hatch or something, but no! Only a ticket with your order falls out which you then go to the counter with, and place said order! Unfortunately the food wasn't great, the Beef Curry tasted like it came out of a packet and the Pork Cutlet was just Ok ish. I think this type of restaurant serves the patron looking for a cheap, filling meal which can be hard to find in Tokyo.

The restaurant was located not far from Tawaramachi Station, Asakusa. Again sorry but no idea of the name!

You pay your money and take a chance!

The Bill : 1x Beef Curry & Rice, 1x Beef Curry, Pork Cutlet & Rice = 980 ¥

This wouldn't be my first choice but a cheap, filling meal can be found in the heart of Asakusa.
